In the fifth decade of my life, with four VERY energetic adult boys and grandchildren and a busy husband, my day to day routine involves a few ‘unusual’ things that are supporting me to improve my health right down to the cellular level. 

I’m not interested in bandaid fixes for symptoms, I’m going for root cause. 

I can’t be the only one who wants to wipe a few decades off so I can live longer and better, so here are the things I’ve heavily researched and implemented over the past 6-12 months:

 Circadian biology  

The animal and plant kingdoms require sunlight to live optimally. Humans are no different. 

The biochemical reactions that happen due to getting sun on eyes and skin at different times of the day.

Stem cell therapy

Stem cells are crucial for their unique capabilities in regenerative medicine and this is something I’ve had working for me for the past 9 months with great results. 

Ageing is simply cell damage which can be reversed with stem cell therapy - so you can either pay $5000 - $50,000 out of pocket for a single session administered by injections or you can use what I use for less than a cup of coffee a day, and zero needles. 

My hip no longer pain, no more lower back pain, am fitter than I’ve ever been, my sleep is deeeep, recovery from my workouts is super fast, energy is at an all time high, my moles and scars are fading and my collagen is being naturally boosted (skin, nails and hair looking good). 

My building blocks are now in a younger, healthier state so I’m bringing back the body I had in my 30’s.  

Others have used this particular form of stem cell therapy to heal from horrific brain injuries, cancel knee replacement surgery, avoid foot amputation from diabetes complications. The list goes on.

Other things I’m doing to help reverse ageing:

 Focus on excellent hydration with minerals and electrolytes

 balancing my cellular energy charge - getting bare feet on the earth as much as possible

 Focusing on personal relationships. 

 increasing my glutathione for removing oxidation, better cellular health, detoxing heavy metals, immunity boost and all the things that this wonderful tripeptide does! 

looking into fasting for better cell death (apoptosis)

Things I’m not doing to reverse the signs of ageing

Botox or fillers - they’re simply temporarily masking a symptom, which I’m not interested in. I’m focusing on root cause reversal.
